Shipping
Currently we only ship within the UK. We do not ship worldwide.
We use Parcel Force or Royal Mail for our deliveries. Our aim is that orders received by 2pm Monday-Friday will be shipped that day and usually take 3-5 working days to arrive. If we can’t deliver your order within 1 week we will contact you the next working day to discuss the time scale and you will have the option to cancel your order.
Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo. We don’t like Amex very much as they hang onto our money too long, and it messes up the accounting.
Returns
In the event that your purchase is not suitable, please return it to us unused with the original packaging and labels, within 15 days. We will either send a replacement or refund for the cost of the returned items. You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
We recommend that you use registered post or a guaranteed delivery service for all returns. All refunds will be given as soon as possible, taking into account the original method of payment.
Faulty Goods and Complaints
We will provide the option of a full refund, within a reasonable time, if the goods turn out to be faulty or different from those ordered. We will give all refunds as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to give the refund, taking into account the original method of payment. Security & Privacy
Any personal information given to The Mountain Centre will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. The Mountain Centre’s server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.
In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, The Mountain Centre does not store your credit card information at any time
